1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any service, product, platform, or resource provided by Ring1 Security ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

These Terms apply to all users, clients, and visitors who access or use our services in any capacity.

2. Description of Services

Ring1 Security provides a range of digital services including, but not limited to, cybersecurity consulting, AI-powered automation solutions, software system development, and payment technology integration. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each engagement are defined in a separate Service Agreement or Statement of Work agreed upon between Ring1 Security and the client.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client or user of our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information as required for the delivery of services.
  • Use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Not engage in any activity that may compromise the integrity, security, or performance of our systems or services.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of any credentials, access tokens, or sensitive information provided to you in connection with our services.
  • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use or security breach related to your account or project.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, code, documentation, and deliverables produced by Ring1 Security remain the intellectual property of Ring1 Security unless explicitly transferred to the client under a written agreement. Custom work products developed exclusively for a client may be subject to intellectual property transfer as specified in the applicable Service Agreement.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our proprietary materials without prior written consent.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any non-public, proprietary, or sensitive information shared during an engagement. This includes business processes, technical architecture, credentials, and strategic information. Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of any service agreement.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms, rates, and schedules are outlined in the relevant Service Agreement. Invoices are due within the period specified therein. Ring1 Security reserves the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding unpaid balances after reasonable notice.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing. Any disputed charges must be raised within 14 days of the invoice date.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ring1 Security shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption — arising out of or in connection with our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Ring1 Security makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of any service. We do not warrant that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

9. Third-Party Services & Integrations

Our solutions may involve the use of third-party tools, platforms, APIs, or services. Ring1 Security is not responsible for the availability, terms, or performance of third-party services. Clients are responsible for complying with the terms of any third-party service used as part of their solution.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement by providing written notice as specified in the applicable Service Agreement. Upon termination, the client's right to access or use the delivered services may be subject to conditions defined in that agreement. Any outstanding fees remain due upon termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Indonesia.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
